Homebrew Barrejar Species Details

More then of two worlds

Barrejar are a species of mixes where no two are the same. They are created by queen hephesti who uses magic and reproducing cells to make creatures born out of millions of different species.  Barrejar have at least six different races inside of them with most of them having around ten and some of them having twenty at most. They can be mixes of common races or mixes of complete and utter monsters. In fact every barrejar has at least been bread with some non thinking animal monster to make then faster. All through every barrejar has  at least one base normal race so they can be a race that thinks and feels like others. Barrejar share traits from all of the races and monsters they have been mixed with. if a barrejar is born to monster like and without the ability to think it will be automatically killed. 

Queen Hephesti, Hephesti's world

queen Hephesti and her kingdom are a myth to many different villages and kingdoms a scary story people told there kids. This works for hephesti since she and her kingdom are  hidden on a mountain that most others cannot reach. Hephesti was a elf and tiefling hybrid that was great with magic people revered her skills all throughout the world. Hephesti knew she was great and she thought that she was greater then even the gods she believed she was above the gods. In no time she had found a way to make herself immortal and wanted to share it with the others in the world. Saying that if they believed in her has there true god then they could be immortal. She was quickly chased out by  mobs and mobs of religious and nonreligious people some said to have a mission from there god to kill her. She escaped into the woods angry at herself and at society with in no time she used her magic to protect and warm a mountain. growing a forest on the mountain she made homes and shops and a castle from her magic with the help of any creature that happened to cross her path and be mind controlled. She had a goal in mind she thought that since they didn't want to be her people she would make her own people even more powerful then all the others combined. she kills races and uses the genes to make her hybrids. slowly over time populating a small village where she is seen as there queen. the people there follow her blindly and go through daily life training to be warriors to protect there mountain and kill whoever caused there queen harm. There village has everything from markets to schools where they teach magic and how to be a rogue or barbarian. there own small village where nobody in the world thinks they exist.

Being Born

Barrejar are never a  kid in hephesti's world because you are grown in a pod by her until you reach the age of maturity where they take you out. you could be in that pod from anywhere from 1 year to 100 years. The pod secretes a liquid that broadcast who hephesti is and how great she is how she is a god and how they are the chosen ones. By the time they come out the pod most of them already see hephesti as there queen. As soon as you get out the pod you are given a slip of paper telling you what you are mixed with and how much hephesti loves you. You are then taken to a faction that decides what you will study from pysionics to being a skilled fighter or barbarian.this is judged by your promise level wich they decipher by putting you threw a big metal machine.This machine can also tell if you are what Hephesti calls defective or not if you are the machine will kill them.There is also the sanction of life where instead of being taught abilities like a clerics or wizards you are taught basic math and english and automatically given a job afterwards such as bar owner or butcher. 70% of people there in this faction judged on what abilities they came out with. everybody in the life faction although just normal people have been taught how to fight and defend themselves.

people in Hephesti's world know about others and are even sometimes sent to spy on them. Although they are technically not murderous they are told to kill anybody to close to there home. They are raised being told how weak others are and how strong they are. Almost everybody in the village believes there better then all other races. This makes them rather egotistical and arrogant if ever meeting another race. even the poorest people in there village see themselves as royalty compared to others. Though if you get them on your side they are furiously loyal but this is very rare since there usually only sent out of there village on quests or patrolling.
