Homebrew Anthrozoan Species Details

Anthrozoans are creatures born from the depths of Despadran seas, formed from the weaving of coral reefs and Leylines below the surface. Because of their origin, anthrozoans are deeply connected to the seas, and the mana that flows throughout them. The mana that resides within an anthrozoan helps sustain the coral growing from them, which makes up its own miniature ecosystem.

Heart Of The Sea

As an Anthrozoans, you are made mostly of coral and mana, and as such your body sustains its own small ecosystem. Your body not only sustains the ecosystem, but when connected to pure water or mana, you restore health to those around you. At the start of your turn, if you are making contact with water or attuned to a magic item made with a pure Manaflux material, you restore hit points equal to your proficiency modifier to all creatures within 5 ft.

Mana Insulant

Adapted to the the intense magical purity of the Leylines, you have resistance to force damage.

Water Dependant

If you fail to immerse yourself in water for at least 1 hour during a day, you suffer one level of exhaustion at the end of that day. You can only recover from this exhaustion through magic or by immersing yourself in water for at least 1 hour.
