Homebrew Digimon (Digital Monster) Species Details
Digimon, Digital Monsters are in many ways a combination of digital life and organics, able to consume and produce, but live and breath data and digital information. They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes with no two ever being completely alike. Perhaps most amazingly among their features is the unique power to draw upon natural and data energies to transform into a multitude of other monster forms through what is known as Shinka or "Evolution" a process some have even dubbed "Digivolution". This power allows a digimon to fight at higher levels of power and strength.
Their ability to Shinka is directly tied to their over all level

at level 7 they are a champion
at level 12 they can have their Second Armor Digivolution gaining 2 cantrips, 2 spells, and an AC Bonus of +3
