Homebrew Ave Species Details

Aves are bird-like folk descended from the great dragons of the east. They are mostly found in sky-cities, with there capital being the great city of Skycloud. They are 3-4 feet tall and feathered giving them an advantage in cold weather.

Aves can see well as a human 60ft away and 3 more feet for every foot above the ground they are.

Updraft

As a bonus action an ave can use Updraft. It sends the ave *d?* +8 feet in the air. If an ave goes too high they can make a dex saving throw with a dc of 7 to not go too high.

*The ave can choose to roll 1, 2 or 3 d4s, d6s, d8s, d10s d12,s d20,s or 1d100.

Any shooting related things get +1d6-1.

Glide

An Ave can glide 2.5 feet for every foot it is off the ground.
