You can see in dim light within 60 feet of yourself as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.

You have two secondary arms below your primary pair of arms. The secondary arms can manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, pick up or set down a Tiny object, or wield a weapon. You can wield two two-handed weapons with your four arms but you can't two-weapon combat with your extra arms unless you somehow get a feat or something to allow such a thing. Even if you are wielding four one-handed weapons you still can only two-weapon combat with two of them at a time unless you've got a feat or the DM allows you to do more on a bonus action.
