Homebrew Acrid Species Details
Acrid is a playable character in Risk of Rain 2.
An imposingly large, poison-spewing ex-prisoner, Acrid fights with a potent array of damage-over-time effects and a self-sustaining melee ability. In addition to sporting the highest base damage stat of any Survivor barring the Heretic, Acrid’s mix of long-range and crowd control allow for excellent damage potential.
Acrid's unique ability to inflict Poison makes it an incredibly lethal choice when stacking items that inflict additional debuffs.

Acrid's Poisonous attacks apply a powerful damage-over-time.
Acrid Poison: Acrid's poison deals 1% of the affected target's max hp at the end of their turn, if Stacked the duration extends to their next turn. This poison can't kill
The Poison Dc is 8+Prof+Con mod
Maul
Acrid's claws
Your Unarmed strikes are now 1d6+1d6 slashing damage and poison damage respectively, and when you land a 3rd unarmed attack in a turn and deal 3d6 poison damage instead while healing 1d6 at the start of your next turn
Neuro toxin
- Acrid fires a projectile of poison to a target within 60ft, on hit it inflicts Acrid poison as well as deal 1d8 poison damage.
Frenzied leap

Acrid can leap into the air and slam down onto foes.
You gain the effects of Jump spell but if you land within 5ft of a creature deal 1d12 force damage and they make a roll against your Poison dc or be Stunned, you gain back a charge if this attack kills a creature.
Epidemic
1/long rest Acrid can release a highly contagious poison
Acrid can shoot a projectile to a target within 60ft, upon hit Apply Acrid's poison however if 2 enemies is within 10ft of the target, they are now afflicted with Acrid's poison, this process can repeat itself 20 times or until no targets are left to infect. Additionally Acrid's poison will last until target is reduced to 1% hp
