Homebrew Yuan-Tiefling Species Details
The Yuan-Tieflings are mysterious peoples. Rumours have it that they were forged in the lost kingdoms of the Yuan-Ti tribes. They say that these people were forged from the demonic blood inside a snake, with which they performed a ritual to initiate themselves into the Yuan-Ti Race. They say that during this ritual, the demonic blood (which wasn’t ordinarily demonic), transferred into the humans, mixing the serpent venom with the demonic blood. They say that this is the birth of the Yuan-Tiefling.
Yuan-Tiefling Traits

Your Charisma Score Increases by 2, and two ability scores of your choice increase by 1.
Age
Yuan-Tieflings mature at the same rate as humans, but it seems that the demonic blood has increased their longevity. Yuan-Tieflings have an average lifespan of up to 300 years.
Alignment
Yuan-Tieflings tend towards a Neutral Evil alignment, although some remain of good will.
Linear Resistance
You have Resistance to fire and poison damage. Additionally, you have advantage of saving throws against poison and magic.
Languages
You can speak Common, Draconic and Infernal.
Size and Speed
Yuan-Tieflings can be anywhere from 6 to 7 feet tall. Your size is medium. Additionally, your walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision
You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern colour in darkness, only shades of gray.
