Homebrew Draco-Elf Species Details
Draco-elves take on the base shape of their elven form. They have partially scaly skin, long, tough nails, slitted eyes, and may have horns thanks to their dragon blood. Less common traits such as Wings and a tail are rare but not unheard of depending on the individual.

Alignment
Inherent alignment varies depending on the color of a Draco-Elf's scales from their dragon heritage. Usually Chromatic lean toward evil whereas Metallic tend to be good, though there are certain exceptions, and your character's alignment may be influenced by a particular circumstance
Size
Draco-Elves range from 5 to 6 feet tall and have slender, muscular builds. Your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Draconic Heritage
You gain Resistance determined by your draconic heritage.
Dragon Breath
You can use Dragon Breath, as a bonus action once per short rest. When you use your Dragon Breath, each creature in the area within must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by the color of your inherited draconic scales. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 a 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level.

Bronze Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 5 by 30 ft. line of lightning; each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw.
Copper Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 5 by 30 ft. line of acid; each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw.
Silver Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 15 ft. cone of ice or frost; each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw.
Gold Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 15 ft. cone of fire; each creature in the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw.
Black Scales. Your Dragon Breath ability is a 5 by 30 ft. line of acid; each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw.
Blue Scales. Your Dragon Breath ability is a 5 by 30 ft. line of lightning; each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw.
Green Scales. Your Dragon Breath ability is a 15 ft. cone of corrosive poison gas; each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw.
Red Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 15 ft. cone of fire; each creature in the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw.
White Scales. Your Dragon Breath is a 15 ft. cone of ice or frost; each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw.
