This variant of Ogre, known as the truest to their natural from are a group of suave and suggestive giant-kin. Protective of swamps, and their animal companions with an unnatural ferocity.

Passive unless provoked, the true Ogre tend to remain rather passive in their swamps unless fey folk get involved in their lives. Immensely protective about their swamps, they will do everything within their power, ever considerable, to keep things from changing. Tales tell of famous or infamous true ogres making their ways into the loves of important political figures, princesses, stature challenged princes and fairy godmothers.
