Bibelles reach maturity early (roughly 20 human years) and can live indefinitely. Old age isn't a factor they need to worry about, but they are not invulnerable. 

Bibelles are small and spritely creatures, ranging between 1 and 2ft. Your size is small.

Bibelles can fly! Their wings aren't just for show, although they truly are a spectacle under direct light as they mimic the Northern Lights. You have a base walking speed of 30 feet and a matching flying speed. 

Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

You have proficiency in the Perception skill.

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

Bibelles don’t need to sleep as long as others, only needing 2-4 hours per day as opposed to most needing 8. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

You can speak, read, and write Common, Sylvan and Bibblish. Bibblish is a babbling sounding language, with near to none structure. This language is typically what a Bibbelle sounds like from a medium distance (>60 ft away) speaking any language, but they can choose to speak it fully or just sound like they are. Those who understand Bibblish and whichever language they're truly speaking in will just hear the base language (For example, someone who overhears a Bibelle speaking Common from over 60ft away, and knows both Common and Bibblish, will understand a Bibelle).
