Homebrew Yueri Species Details

The people native to the region of Norjunn. Unlike the majority of the empire who worship the sun goddess, the Yueri worship the nature deities Maera and Yevana. They usually live in communities separate from the cities and towns of the empire, where they can more easily coexist with nature and pay reverence to their deities.The Yueri have a deep connection to nature and the moon, from which they derive their magic. Because of this connection to nature, their bodies have become more distinctly animalistic over time, presenting traits such as: more body hair, prominent canine teeth, pointed ears, claws. They possess more acute senses than humans as well as supernatural strength and agility.

Yueri Traits

As a yueri, you have the following racial traits.

Fangs

You can use your fangs to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1d6 + your Strength modifier piercing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.
