Homebrew Smurf Species Details
A smurf is a tiny blue skinned humanoid creature. On average they stand 4 to 5 inches tall, and are much the same as humans in appearance except they have rather large noses for their size. Smurfs are primarily a single gender race, that being male, and female smurfs are most likely to be of magical creation rather than actual smurfs. How smurfs reproduce is also clouded in mystery, with smurfs arriving by storks from a place no one knows where. It is also not known how long smurfs live, as none of them have died yet, and the oldest of them is 546, that being papa smurf, who is said to be the father of all smurfs. A smurfs personality is fun loving, careless and kind, and almost all smurfs are either lawful, nuetral, or chaotic good. Nuetral good is the most popular one though. Evil smurfs are as rare as Tarrasque's, in the sense that probably only one of them exists.

As a smurf you do not need to eat much due to your size, and one day of rations should last a smurf 4.
Languages
A smurf can speak common and smurfen, witch is much like common except they say smurf a lot instead of various words, and say it at random when they are speaking. A non smurfen speaker that speaks common can still understand smurfen, but they must succeed on a DC 5 intelligence saving throw to do so.
Size
As a smurf your size is tiny, and smurfs stand on average 4 to 5 inches tall.
Less than intimidating
Your tiny size means you appear a tiny threat to all creatures who are small or larger. You have a disadvantage on all intimidation checks against these creatures.
Tiny hands
Because of your tiny hands you can not wield great, large or 2 handed weapons and the weapons that you can wield you wield with 2 hands.
A smurf gains the following ability score improvement's:
As a smurf, you are naturally a very sociable and friendly person, so your charisma increases by 3, and your small hands mean more precise and detailed work, so your dexterity is increased by 1. However your small size means you are weak and your strength is decreased by 3 because of this.
Small and sneaky
Because of your tiny size you are hard to notice and have an advantage on all stealth rolls. You can also walk through any square that is already occupied by a creature of medium size or larger.
Small mount
Since you are tiny and very light, you can ride anything the same size or larger than a rat.
Speed
You have a walking speed of 20 ft.
Age
No one knows how old smurfs are when they die, as none of them have died yet and the oldest one of them is 546, who is known as papa smurf, the creator of all smurfs. However, as papa smurf seems to still be relatively active and showing no signs that age is catching up to him, we can predict that smurfs live about 750 years.
