Due to you being a Descendant of a true dragon it's blood flows throughout you changing you to have the ability to develop wings and soar as they did.

Every creature within area of impact must make saving throw of specified type depicted by Draconic Blood. DC is 14 and Creature takes 2d6 on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. After you use your breath weapon 2 times + your Draconic Blood modifier, you can’t use it again until you complete a long rest. Once reaching 4th level the damage will increase to 3d6, and at 9th level the damage will increase to 4d6, and even increases to 8d6 at level 14.

You will also be Granted a resistance related to your chosen Draconic Blood.

Neutral version of attack will change area to 40 ft. range with 10 ft. line along with damage and DC changed to 2d6 and 16. Also now will be able to use attack 5 times + CON modifier before needing a short rest and will be limited to a bonus action. At differing levels the damage will increase with +5 at level 4, +10 at level 9, +15 at level 14, and +20 at level 19.

Due to your hardened scales it grants a base AC of 13 + your Dexterity modifier and resistance from Slashing and Piercing from Non - Magical Attacks.

Once you claim your surrounding area as your den you and anyone within a 30 ft. radius of you will gain advantage on all INT and WIS saving throws. Due to your den you are able to gain a keen sense of your surroundings and anyone within them thus giving you +3 to your initiative along with Proficiency in Perception (INT) and Insight (WIS).
