Homebrew Astrum Species Details

The Astrum are a race of creatures formed by the emptiness of the Astral Plane. They mysteriously appear as a creature that never seems to touch the ground. Their eyes take the shape and color of whatever they choose, but their skin is always an unsettling grey like the color of a Giff, but the texture of a Plasmoid.

Being made of nothing seems to defy things that are known in both science and magic. The body of an Astrum does not have weight. The reaction of their nothingness to the material plane is a weightless floating that seems to resemble a human shaped helium baloon that they can guide wherever they need to be. Rarely, do Astrum ever touch the ground as they walk because of this phenomenon.

However, you must spend an uninterrupted period of at least 4 hours of no strenuous activity to gain the benefits of a long rest.

Astral Body

An organless, bloodless body, means missing out on most of life's greatest offerings. However, it also protects against some of life's greatest enemies.

You are immune to disease and are resisitant to poison damage.
