the all seeing eyes were in charge of karmatic balance in the world below, living in a invisible city which was in a bubble above the common realm, much like the modern view of heaven; a heavenly society hidden in the clouds.
Looking at the world down below through silvery pools of water, they used their unique sight to gaze upon the common realm and the people inhabiting it, dictating their lives as the bringers of karma; dictating if someone was to have good or bad luck depending on their previous life actions. they were not a especially large civilization, but were incredibly efficient, not needing to sleep and having no need to eat or drink, they dedicated their long, long lives to the balance of karma. when one day, their civilization was struck from the sky, a vengeful and wicked god wanting to warp and break the karmatic balance, so that bad deeds would go unpunished, the all seeing eyes all perished. Save only one, who hung on on the brink of death, sealing themselves away into a deep slumber, until the time would come for them to re-awaken to a world that could fix their grave wounds.
since the fall of their civilization, the balance of karma is no longer controlled by a higher power, rather, it is in the hands of the people to maintain good and evil and bring about justice for themselves.

physical appearance:
eyes: Every all seeing eye has only one, large and glass-like eye in the middle of their face. These eyes have exceptionally good vision and the ability to see in the dark, but the most noticable ability is the ability to look down upon creatures that are far away from them and see what they're doing, making them especially great spies. (think ren from hellgirl)
skin: Their skin is very soft but very thin, stretched over long and bony skeletons and usually ranges from white to dark blue.
hair: their hair is incredibly straight and silky, ranging from white to dark blue.
other: they do not have noses, only nostrils.
they have straight, large teeth.
they do not have male or female sexes, they are all one sex, though they can reproduce (have sex) with each other and have children with a gestation period of a year.
they have very slight shapeshifting abilities, able to manipulate their bone structures and appearance to some extent. ( they can retract their bony nails much like a cat) they can not change their faces or forms.
Special sight
All seeing eyes can look into other rooms or watch people with their unique vision, this is basically "arcane eye" and will be added in the spells section of this homebrew. To keep them from being OP, restrictions will apply whilst still being a racial trait.
darkvision rules apply as they normally do.

They can eat things such as rocks and trees and be fine, though they are not immune to poison.
they could eat metal and chew it, that's how strong their teeth are!
photographic memory
All seeing eyes, being omnipotent creatures, have photographic memories and can recall anything they see.
age
All seeing eyes, after reaching mature adulthood around 30 years after being born, can live almost indefenetly unless killed. it is unsure if they can die of old age as they were destroyed before any could age to that point.
