Homebrew Avian Species Details

Avians are the people of the sky, they are born with wings like birds. The Avians are tall and powerful, handy with weapons and always itching to fight. They live on floating islands connected to the ground with chains. They live with a hierarchy based on combat ability, the kings and lords of Avians are always the most powerful. 

Avians have smaller eyes and sharp features, almost always muscular with defined muscles. Their wings come from a variety of birds. Peacocks, Doves, Owls, you name it. What their wings are will contribute to their personality. For example, Peacock-winged Avians are outgoing and charming, while Owl-winged Avians are shy and lurk solemnly. They are broad-shouldered and are staggeringly tall over some other humanoids. Avians are often darker-skinned from living much closer to the sun than others. Avians tend to live between 80-120 years until death. They tend to focus on the moment due to their rather short life spans.
