Homebrew Angelic Succubus/Incubus Species Details

Angelic succubi and incubi, at first glance, may confuse a person because they don't look like the usual fiends of pleasure at all. Instead of bat wings, they have angelic, feathered wings, ranging in color from black to white. Angelic succubi and incubi lack their usual fiendish claws. While they retain the fiendish horns upon their head and demonic tail, they are not classed as just fiends any longer, crossing the border between Celestial and Fiend, though they retain their original creature type but aren't as corrupted. Their eyes also change so the demonic slits are lessened and the color is no longer red or an obviously fiendish eye. In terms of behavior, they tend to lean towards that of a human, being adaptable and constantly learning, no longer heavily bound to lustiness. These succubi and incubi have been heavily influenced by celestial teachings and magic. This has allowed them to no longer rely upon feeding upon mortal souls, instead harmlessly feeding on endorphins that people excrete. However, while their lust may be controlled they still feel the desire for sexual relations, while they will not force themselves onto others they will try to seek companionship or relations like couples.

Angelic Succubus/Incubus Traits

These are the traits your angelic succubus/incubus has.

Ability Score Increase

When determining your character’s ability scores, increase one score by 2 and increase a different score by 1, or increase three different scores by 1. Follow this rule regardless of the method you use to determine the scores, such as rolling or point buy. The “Quick Build” section for your character’s class offers suggestions on which scores to increase. You can follow those suggestions or ignore them, but you can’t raise any of your scores above 20.

Size

Most succubi and incubi have heights similar to those of humans. Your size is medium.

Speed

Your walking speed is 30.

Age

Due to their fiendish nature, Angelic Succubi and Incubi never age, though they can die by other means.

Fiendish

Even redeemed, you cannot escape your nature. Your creature type is Fiend.

Rejuvenating Kiss

Your touch rejuvenates those that receive it, blessing them with vigor.

As a bonus action, a creature you touch regains a number of hit points equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier and has advantage on the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw they make within the next minute. This feature does not affect undead or constructs. You may use this trait a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Retained Power

Angelic Succubi and Incubi come in two variations. To atone for their previous sins, they have to choose between keeping their ability to fly or their ability to change shape.

Shapechanger

As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You can also adjust your height and weight, but not so much that your size changes. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You can’t duplicate the appearance of a creature you’ve never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs that you have. Your clothing and equipment aren’t changed by this trait.

You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until you die.

Winged

Thanks to your wings, you have a flying speed of 20 feet while you aren’t wearing heavy armor.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Common and your choice of Infernal or Abyssal.
