Homebrew Dhampir (Kythera) Species Details

Living kin to vampires, dhampir straddle a delicate line between veneration and manipulation. Changed by the energies of the Negative Energy Plane, natural-born dhampir are born into a culture that honors them and reveres them as living divinity, even as the crown manipulates them as figureheads of power and devotion. Made dhampir believe themselves to be chosen for a higher, righteous purpose, carrying themselves with all the propriety nobility must, in public. In private, many of these imperious individuals view their Gift as the implicit right to act as the apex predators they are.
