A race that was enhanced physically, whether it was consensual or not is up for debate, but regardless, not many of this race exist today.
Cyborg Traits
Most Cyborgs don't share the same body parts that were enhanced, so its hard to make generalizations.Enhanced Eyes
Your eyes allow you to view the world better, giving you a plus 2 in perception
Robotic Limbs
Although you still feel pain, upon yourself losing a limb, you may spend you action next turn reattaching it as long as you have the severed limb. If your interrupted during this, it will be cancelled
Power Down
Since your a Cyborg, whenever you go to sleep, you will simply power down instead of becoming unconscious. This gives you the ability to wake up in a instant and be ready to fight, thusfore, you don't experience fatigue.
Metallic Body
Since you are made of Metal, you have a plus 1 to your Armor Class
Ability Score Increase
Your ability scores each increase by 1.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and one extra language of your choice. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.
