Homebrew Wuldorjaal (Gemkin) Species Details
The wuldorjaal, also known as the “gemkin,” are a race of humanoids who were created by the forge deus Hephaestus in another one of his attempts to woo the war deus, Athena. The wuldorjaal resemble normal humanoids, except for the gem intrusions that grow all over their body in place of hair. Good with their hands and adept at manipulating and forming gems to their own needs, the wuldorjaal are the masters of making jewelry and beautiful ornaments, rivalling even the elves when it comes to artistic works, and have a friendly rivalry with the dwarves, and also share their dislike of elves, seeing them as conceited or self-absorbed. Like dwarves, the gemkin have a strong sense of family and make strong connections to those around them.
