Homebrew Cyranid Species Details

Age: Cyranids live for 90 - 120 years on average and reach maturity at 15-20 years old.

Alignment: Most Cyranids tend towards neutralism as they tend to focus on their own benefits but still prefer to tend towards morals but aren't afraid to ignore them if they believe it is needed.

Cyranids have an unusually low birth rate of male Cyranids with the average difference being 1 Male Cyranid for every 14,000 Female Cyranids. Due to this many Cyranid conflicts are around mates. However some female Cyranids have taken a different route and used their interspecies mating capabilities to find mates with other humanoid species. The only problem with mating between other species is that if the father is a Cyranid the offspring will never be a Cyranid and if the mother is a Cyranid the child will always be female.

Moth Insulation: You are covered in thick and warm scales that keep you warm allowing you to survive without clothes in -10 degree weather. However you are prone to overheating in 70+ fahrenheit degree temperatures. You have resistance to Cold damage and Vulnerability to Fire damage.

Cyranid Wings: As long as the cyranid is 15 or older they have the ability to fly.

At lvl 1 Flight speed is 35ft

At lvl 11 Flight speed is 60ft

At lvl 20 Flight speed is 100ft.

Cyranids get +1 Intelligence, +1 Dexterity, & +1 Strength.

Cyranids are proficient in quarterstaffs, longswords, pikes, spears, and halberds.

Cyranids can speak Cyranid and one other language of their Choice. (you will have to custom add the language in your Character Sheet)
