Ability Scores.

Choose one of: (a) Choose any +2; choose any other +1 (b) Choose three different +1

Harnessed Hatred.

Due to the betrayal that Arachne endured and ingrained into her children, you are proficient in History and Religion.

Darkvision.

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness as shades of gray.

A Cursed Blessing.

Thanks to Athena, and her wisdom, you are immune to the poison condition and resistant to poison damage.

Spider Climb.

You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. In addition, at 3rd level, you can move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free.

Spider's Mandibles.

Your fanged bite is a natural weapon, which counts as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient. You can add your Constitution modifier, instead of your Strength modifier, to the attack and damage rolls when you attack with this bite, if you choose. It deals 1d4 piercing damage on a hit, plus (PB)d4 poison damage. PB represents your proficiency bonus. For instance, at level 5 your proficiency bonus is +3. I.e. the attack would be 3d4 poison damage.

Languages.

You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for your character.
