Homebrew Chicken. Species Details

A chicken race capable of doing most things a human can. While it's still a small farm animal looking chicken, it's capable of being social and is pretty smart even by human standards. This race of chicken loves gardening and nature itself but also has an affinity for crafting and machines. This one came from a sorcerer who was trying to learn how to farm but accidentally turned the chicken he was practicing on into a free-willed being. Needless to say the poor sorcerer is no longer alive and this chicken is a little nuts... 

Chicken. Traits

Small bird race. Can fly. Can peck at high speed.

Peck

This chicken is part woodpecker and can peck at high speeds to dig the ground or for other more devastating purposes..... 

Scratch

Use your claws/talons to scratch at your targets. Can be used as a normal attack and/or bonus action. 

Evasion

Due to being a small chicken, You are harder to hit. All attacks against you have disadvantage. Attacks that would normally have advantage against you are now normal attacks. 

Bonus

Choose an attribute to +2 

Feather fall

Use an action during a fall to slow your fall speed by flapping your wings to slow down your decent. 

Egg toss.

At 5th level you gain the ability to throw your own eggs at targets as an attack action for a chance to slow them down.
