Homebrew Ahamkara Species Details
Far descended of dragons, ahamkaras retain some draconic features, such as their claws, tails or scales, though their scales became plate-like in the passed eons. They live alone in the deserts, where they lay their eggs after the rare mating, which they leave alone. Because of this, ahamkaras don't know their parents, making them quite selfish but amazing survivors. They have elongated and thick claws, which can be used as improvised weapons. Ahamkaras have special plates on their head. These plates, while undergrond, slides in to protect the eyes and the face and gives them the ability to sense the vibrations of their surroundings.
