Homebrew Beaudal Species Details
The Beaudal, who's name translates as "High Elf" have gone through about 1000 years of eugenics to achieve what they consider perfection of the race of the Elf. They have a predisposition towards magic, and are rather adept spellswords. They have a very limited gene pool, and so in recent years, inbreeding has become a concern for their people.
Typically, the Beaudal are purists, accepting nothing less than perfection. This is evident in their architecture, artisanry, and caste system. The people place much more importance on background, family, and knowledge than their contemporaries.
