Abominations have different looks depending on the power or curse afflicts them, some looking like mind flayers while others having more aspects like were creatures or mixes of animals in their bodies.

History

Abominations are eaten, branded and imprisoned for untold decades, this furtive vagrant hides a terrible secret. The Eldritch poison coursing through their veins have given them unspeakable power, at a terrible cost. As their form changes, so too do their combat capabilities.
Abominations are individuals who were stolen away at a young age and subjected to horrific eldritch experiments, curses, and inbound power to serve a master. Some Abominations enter into these depraved procedures willingly, perhaps having been given the assurance of financial payment or promises of power.Whatever the reason, an Abomination is looked upon with contempt by most creatures across the earth, with very few allowing themselves to befriend these horrid creations.

Society

Abominations might gather in tribes or groups depending of who summon them but most often they live as hermits in mountains or the underdark to avoid contact with the public directly.

Abominations are usually treated as outsiders and most of the time they are just calle "eww" or "that ugly thing" but sometimes they invent names themselves or are given names.
