Homebrew Boggle Species Details
Origin: Their past remains a mystery but a theory is they are related to goblins but they however had crossed the fey wild crossings and gains the strange aspects they now use for trickery and hiding. When it comes to why they would be an adventure, well it comes down to fueling their want to bring a bit of chaos into their world by tricking evil creatures while some may just do it for the rewards that come from being an adventurer. It's rare for a boggle to help those for the sake of being kind and tend to seek rewards for their help.
Appearance: They are quite ugly in appearance with slightly large heads and saggy skin on their arms and legs. They can be compared to goblins with their pointy ears and sharp teeth but they possess a purple skin color. They stand in a broad shouldered hunch pose where their head seems to be at the same level as the top of their shoulders. Their hands have sharp nails and are large, which can be said the same for their feet. In most cases you will see them look quite shiny like they are coated in something, that which is a non-flammable slime coat they are known for secreting.

You have the innate ability to make small portals you can go through on anything with a hole, then appear at a different thing with a hole. As many times as your charisma modifier per long rest, you can make a small portal in a hole (hole in wall, sack, barrel, etc.) and teleport up to 30 feet, provided there is another hole in the same room you are in to teleport to. If you teleport through a portal while in sight of a creature, you are considered hidden from the creature's sight once you enter the other side of your teleport(this doesn't happen if there are other creatures you enter the sight of after).
