Awakened trees typically stand between 8-12 feet tall and can weigh 500-800lbs you are medium. You cannot don armor of any type but the thick bark of your trunk gives you a natural AC of 13+Dex. Your wooden body grants you resistance to bludgeoning and slashing damage as well as vulnerabilities to fire and lightning damage.

You Gain a +2 to CON and a +1 to Wis.

You do not require food. If you spend at least 1 hour a day in direct sunlight, you are nourished as much as 1 day's worth of rations. You still require water, but do not ingest it; rather, you soak it up through your roots. You also do not require sleep, and magic cannot render you unconscious. Instead, you root yourself in the ground (if you can) and remain in an idle state for 4 hours, during which you receive all the benefits of a long rest. You can hold your breath for up to 1 hour, as you do not breathe like a creature does. 

Your branches, vines, etc. are natural weapons. You can make unarmed strikes with them, dealing 1d4 bludgeoning + your Strength modifier bludgeoning damage. You are proficient with these limbs.

You can speak read and write common, sylvan, and up to one extra language your creator spoke.

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

An awakened tree has a similar lifespan to the tree it once was, it can live for hundreds or thousands of years if the conditions are right.
