Homebrew Bloodborn Species Details

Bloodborns are famous far and wide. They can be known as many names including the following in terms of usage: Bloodborn, Ashborn, Deathborn, Death’s Life. Ashborns (As they will be referred to in the rest of this passage) are created from the death of a Humanoid, such as a Human, Dweller, Spider One, ect. Bloodborn’s are exceptional at magic because their blood runs with one of five elements, Fire, Ice, Electricity, Terra, or Arcane. Bloodborns with pure arcane in their blood are always the most powerful.

When a person dies, only their body becomes a Bloodborn and not their soul. This causes them to never remember what their past life was, this also makes Bloodborns soulless. However, certain mages can be able to connect their body and soul to conjoin it, thus when they die they retain their memories as Bloodborns.
