Homebrew Descended Neutron Star Species Details
A descended neutron star appears as a medium humanoid silhouette sharing general visual traits such as height or pointy ears with another race. Their silhouette always glows with intense light due to the incredible density of their bodies though color of light varies from descended to descended.

Gravitational Pull
Your incredible density and mass gives you a gravitational pull that pulls in everything within a 2.5 mile sphere centered on you. Every six seconds all things within the radius of the sphere is pulled 100 ft towards its center/you. Movement against your gravitational pull is halved while with is doubled.
Burning Body
Your incredible compressed mass has given birth to intense heat that plays across your skin. Anything that touches your skin immediately takes 100d20 fire damage and is set on fire taking another 100d20 fire damage every 6 seconds. The fire never goes out. And yes, non-flammable objects such as water or rocks can be set on fire by this. This damage pierces damage immunity that is non magical in origin.
True Descension
You have reached mastery over your descension. You can now at will turn any of your racial traits on and off.
