Homebrew Arcane Goblin Species Details

A Race of Goblins that have lived near an open mana vein the over generations greatly improved their mana capacity as wellas changing their green skin to dark blue and their hair to cotton candy blue. Their strength is a bit higher than normal goblins as well as their dexterity, constitution, wisdom, intelligence, and charisma.
