Homebrew Warformer Species Details
During the hight of the war, certain warforged split from the normal warforged and pursued the art of changing their physical appearance.
As the Unit Tr0j4n stood in the battlefield... his fellow bretheren slaughtered at his feet and the persuing Warforged closing in on him, he hesitates a moment.
"Brothers please! you don't want to do this!" he warns as his eyes change color to a vibrant red. However the Warforged continue to close in.
As they get closer Tr0j4n says "So be it..." and his armor and body start to morph and shift as he changes his form and rushes the enemy.

Warformed adaption
Shapechanger
As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You can also adjust your height and weight, but not so much that your size changes. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race or a beast, though none of your game statistics change. You can’t duplicate the appearance of a creature or beast you’ve never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs that you have, but not limited to primates. (I.E. you can take the form of a lion, as it has four limbs and you have four limbs. However, you cannot take the form of a spider as it has 8 limbs). Your clothing and equipment aren’t changed by this trait, but morph to adapt to your new form..
You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until you die.
If the DM agrees you can take the form of an inanimate object that you have seen before.
Due to you ability to change your form. You get advantage on Deception rolls and can add your Proficiency modifier to the roll
Resistances, Immunities and Weaknesses
You are immune to disease and being poisoned, resistant to poison, but weak to viruses (necrotic damage).

To don armor other than a shield, you must incorporate it into your body over the course of 1 hour, during which you remain in contact with the armor. To doff armor, you must spend 1 hour removing it. You can rest while donning or doffing armor in this way.
- While you live, the armor incorporated into your body can’t be removed against your will.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, Infernal plus one other language.
Sentry’s Rest
When you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn’t render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.
Heads Up Display
As you are a robot, you always have information that you can recall and visually see as an overlay of your vision.
This can be anything from a picture of an object or person you seek, to an inventory of the number of arrows you have left.
Warformer Specialty
What your main purpose was affects the forms you can take.
Overcharge
You charge up and channel your power supply to release a burst of energy that throws your enemies away and deals force damage.
However, cannot be used again until the Unit has completed at least a short rest.
