Homebrew Deity Species Details

Deities can control their realm and the creatures born in it. They are able to manipulate the world from birth, making it how they want. However, when they get to a certain age (Adult), they have to decide what they want their realm to look like permanently.

Deity Traits

Morph, Void Dimension, and Celestial Image

Void Dimension

Deities can cast this command, at will, to teleport themselves, as well as beings of their choice to their realm. However, this command is a 1 use per long rest type. If, at any point, the deity wishes to cancel this command, they will have to make a Wisdom saving throw of 13. Upon a successful saving throw, the Deity will be able to cancel Void Dimension. Upon failing the saving throw, Deity will become tranced for a 2 minute duration, at which they cannot do any damage to their surroundings.

Morph

Deity is able to cast Disguise Self in order to appear as a humanoid. Deity does not need to make and saving throws in order to get out of Disguise Self. However, if disguising around a populated area, deity must make a CHA (Deception) Check 15 in order to successfully trick individuals into thinking they are who they claim to be.

Summon Help

In battle, Deity is able to cast Summon Help in order to try and gain advantage against the party. The creature they summon is determined by rolling a D20. Creature will land within the sight of Deity. Creature will be an extra action that Deity is granted. If the creature is killed, then Deity will have to make a Wisdom saving throw 15. If failed, then Deity will have to take 1D8 Stunned damage.
