Homebrew Apsil(naga) Species Details

In the ice tunnels of Apsilor, below the frozen surface and held in caverns and caves carved into the glacier, live the nagas of Apsilor. The nagas are ruled by the Verdarchy, an order of druids who provide the nation with food and access to nature. The Verdarchy controls the country with a wooden fist, and their nature-based power is inherent in almost everything. Apsil tend to have outer skin in dark shades, often wine-red or a rich brown, while their underbellies are a far brighter, cooler colour. Turquoise is very common. The Apsil society is built up around Gavril, their greatest city. The portal there lies dormant and unused, its energy channeled into providing warmth and light for the city instead of its original purpose. The Apsil do not quite understand the old, natural magic that runs through their ground, but they wield it like the best of them.
