Homebrew Abyssrin Species Details

Abyssrin are elusive creatures that reside in the deep ocean. Their faces are naturally unsettling to look at for others, but this makes them incredibly socially resilient and grants them advantage in intimidation. Their skin often has little bioluminescent patches or intricate patterns that glow in the dark, serving both as camouflage and a way of communication in the dark depths. The diversity in their appearances is remarkable, with features that can include the sharp, angular forms of deep-sea fish, the translucent qualities of jellyfish, or the armored plating of ancient sea creatures.
