Homebrew Western Tabaxi Species Details

Western Tabaxi have lived on the Sword Coast for a several generations.   Originally, they came by ship from distant lands.  Having been separated from their lost kin for so long they have evolved a distinct culture and no longer speak their ancestral language.  They have adopted many things from the cultures of their new homeland: the common language, gods, clothing; especially capes, stringed instruments and unusual sea food.
