Homebrew Webfolk Species Details

It first started with a spider. Then, some say it was magic, some say it was just evolution, but Webfolk became present in the world. With their numerous limbs, and even more eyes, Webfolk easily gained a bias that they are thieves and killers, even though most Webfolk just wants to get through the day. But some, do fill that bias, and accepts it. But, its your decision if your character accepts it, or fights the bias.

Webfolk Traits

Due to their spider ancestry, you have special abilities and traits that will effect your life.

Spider's Sense

Due to your numerous eyes, you gain proficiency in Perception

Arachnid's Limbs

The spider is known for their 8 legs, and you *are* the spider. You have 4 extra limbs, and each extra limb can carry 10 pounds due to their fragile bone compared to your top arms.
You can also climb up walls using the grip of your spider arms. You have a climb speed equal to your walking speed.

Venom Bite

Use a bonus action or action to bite a creature within 5ft. The creature must succeed a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your strength modifier, or dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus), or the creature takes 1d10 poison damage, and the creature takes 1d4 poison damage on the creature next turn. The bite damage roll increases by 1d12 when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10). You can bite a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

The poison damage after the initial bite does not increase as well.

Ability Score Increase

Due to your Spider Blood, you gain +2 to Dexterity, and 1+ to Wisdom. (I cant add to your ability score, so add it manually, sorry)
