Homebrew Angelic Demon Species Details

Special Abilities:

 

Celestial Inferno: As an action, you can unleash a burst of radiant and infernal energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier). A creature takes 2d6 radiant damage and 2d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.

 

Wings of Light and Shadow: You have a flying speed of 30 feet. Additionally, you can use a bonus action to gain resistance to radiant damage until the start of your next turn, or resistance to necrotic damage until the start of your next turn. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.

Immunities:

 

Radiant Resistance: You have resistance to radiant damage, reflecting your demonic heritage.

 

Mind Influence: You are immune to being charmed or frightened.

 

Weaknesses:

 

Vulnerability to Cold Iron: You have vulnerability to damage from weapons made of cold iron, which is anathema to both celestial and demonic beings.

 

Heavenly Burden: You have disadvantage on saving throws against spells and effects that deal radiant damage, as your dual nature struggles against such purity.
