Speed

You have a walking and climbing speed of 30 feet, you can´t fly while in combat unless...

Draconic Ancestry

You have draconic ancestry. Choose one type of dragon from the Draconic Ancestry table. Your breath weapon and damage resistance are determined by the dragon type, as shown in the table.

Draconic Ancestry
Dragon Damage Type Breath Weapon
Black Acid 5 by 30 ft. line (Dex. save)
Blue Lightning 5 by 30 ft. line (Dex. save)
Brass Fire 5 by 30 ft. line (Dex. save)
Bronze Lightning 5 by 30 ft. line (Dex. save)
Copper Acid 5 by 30 ft. line (Dex. save)
Gold Fire 15 ft. cone (Dex. save)
Green Poison 15 ft. cone (Con. save)
Red Fire 15 ft. cone (Dex. save)
Silver Cold 15 ft. cone (Con. save)
White Cold 15 ft. cone (Con. save)
Gem Psychic 15 ft. cone (Int. save)

Breath Weapon

You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

Damage Resistance

You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Common, Draconic and Feline. Draconic is thought to be one of the oldest languages and is often used in the study of magic. The language sounds harsh to most other creatures and includes numerous hard consonants and sibilants. The Feline language is a strange combination of purrs, hisses and empathic transfers. The Feline language is spoken by all catfolk, feline races, and cats with an Intelligence of 3 or higher. The awakened dragon cat can also speak with any non inteligent felines without using Speak with Animals.

Flight of a -Dragon- Cat

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a Dragon Cat should be able to fly. It's wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The Dragon Cat, of course, flies anyway because Dragon Cats don't care what humans think is impossible. Except they have limitations

You have a total of 1 hour of flight, however you can only use 15 minutes of flight per hour, otherwise you´ll get fatigued and won
't be able to use your remaining flight time until a short rest is finished, you can recover all flight time with a long rest

If you are carrying more than 35 lb on equipment, backpack and armor, flight time per hour will be reduced to 10 minutes per hour and you won
't be able to take flight from the ground

You are unable to fly during combat, unless...

Feline frenzy

You prepare to unleash your draconic power or your cat agility, you get 4 frenzy points per long rest and can only be used in combat, to spent one, you must skip a turn and announce your dm you're preparing this ability, when your next turn arrives you get one of two choices.

  • You get 3 times the amount of dice for your damage rolls on your next attack (being Unnarmed strike, Spell, Weapon attack, etc), if you can attack many times per turn only apply them to the first attack, if you use an attack that doesn't require dice you won't consume a frenzy point, however if you fail the attack you will consume it
  • You can move 70 feet of walking, climbing or flying with no environment restrictions, however if you fly during this turn you´ll get -10 minutes of flight time until long rest, you won't get faitgued if you spent more than 10 minutes flying only if you do it with frenzy points

Keep in mind you are still unable to take off the ground if you are carrying more than 35lb and you can only do 1 of this two actions, you won't get neither of the advantages if you choose to move and attack, you can only do one of them on the turn after preparing

If this ability isn't used after the preparing you won't lose a frenzy point but you'll need to skip another turn to get another chance on using it

This ability is restored with a d4 on long rest, you'll restore as many frenzy points as the number you get.

Cat's claws

You can use your claws to make unarmed strikes, using your choice of either Strength or Dexterity for the attack and damage rolls. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1d4 slashing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
