Being a cute stuffed animal, Teddies are very unassuming. They have proficiency in persuasion checks and are highly charismatic (+2).

The Awakened Teddy knows the same language it's creator or caretaker spoke. It can read and write, and, if given the ability to do so, speak in this language.
In the right circumstances, some have learned other languages at home.

Awakened Teddies are accustomed to the darkness of a small home or building. They can see in dim light within 30 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. However, they can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Whether or not Awakened Teddies are "alive" is the scene for much debate. However, they are constructs: an inanimate object made animate.

They do not need to (and physically can not) eat or drink, and any food attempted to eat is squished against their face.

Teddies don't need to breathe either. While they can smell foul odors, they have no physical reaction to airborne toxins.

Instead of sleeping, Awakened Teddies usually fill night hours with menial tasks such as cleaning and repairing armor, weapons, and themselves. They can also use this fact to be great look-outs.

If an Awakened Teddy goes limp, they seem to be a normal child's toy. 

While its physical camouflage is fantastic, Awakened Teddies give off an aura that can be detected by those looking for it. Wearing some sort of magical equipment MIGHT let you get away with it, but that depends on how observant the one looking for you is.

From playing with children (but mostly your lack of a skeletal structure), you have a natural increase in dexterity (+1).
Observing adults and reading their books gives you some basic common sense and self preservation. (Wisdom +1)

As a stuffed toy brought to life, an Awakened Teddy cannot be harmed by poisons or physical ailments. 

The construction of an Awakened Teddy makes them resistant to bludgeoning damage from non-magical sources.

Additionally, you fall at a rate of only 60 feet per round, take no falling damage and can land on your feet.

However, fire is your biggest threat in life.
