Clowns have very strange physical features, as at will they can change their shapes to certain degrees, such as blowing up their fist before a punch or when getting punched, being elastically dented for its duration. They also have very cartoonish characteristics to their behavior and attitude, with them having to look down before they fall and mostly the laws of physics only sometimes working on them. Most of their cartoonish antics are for comedic effect.

The general clown look: Clowns are generally humanoid, with pasty white skin, hands that look like gloves but aren't, some sort of male pattern balding, and a cheerful or boisterous disposition.

Clown alignment: Clowns are a chaotic bunch, therefore it is only reasonable that they lean more towards chaotic alignments

Speed and senses: Clowns can move in a variety of ways, with a movement speed of 30, a swimming speed of 10, and a burrowing speed of 1

Tool proficiencies: clowns are proficient in any sort of tool involving balloons or toys of any kind

Clown languages: As a clown, you know common, honkese, piglatin, and demonic.

Clown names and genders: As clowns are cosmic beings of undefined natures, they do not have specific or comprehendible genders or names, however most apear male and have names such as: Chuckles, Bozo, Clutzy, Binky,  Gerald, znorvh' smebflz of the outer rim... So you know, any name suitably comedic or otherwise goofy

Clowns have, in a word, a "special" aesthetic. Clowns typically have a suit like outfit in bright and garish colors, clashing horribly with each other. Some clown outfit staples are bowties, oversized and annoyingly squeaky clown shoes, bowler caps and of course a lovely round nose in a beautiful blood red. For their actual flesh they usually have a painted mouth, and other cartoonish features.
