Your choice of Intelligence or Charisma scores increases by 1.

Overflowing Soul

You know a 1st level spell or a psionic discipline of your choice from the same list you chose for your Magical Soul trait.  You can cast that spell without preparation, and use the discipline's psychic focus.  You can't expend more 2 psi points to activate the discipline unless you have a psi point from another source.  If you chose a soulmeld, you instead gain an additional hit die, and your proficiency bonus increases by 1 for the purpose of determining how many hit dice you can invest into that soulmeld.  Your choice of Intelligence or Charisma is spellcasting, psionic, or meldshaping ability for this trait and your Magical Soul trait.
