Dome of Doubt
Can create a dome (60 ft sphere) on an enemy within 100 ft of you, they must make a (DC 15) Wis save if they fail they will have disadvantage on ALL attack rolls. You cause then to become a heavy over thinker and cause them to overthink every attack they make. This effect lasts for 5 turns. Can be used 10 times per long rest.
On a save for Wis they shake off the feeling that they are doubting their every move.
On a fail for Wis they begin to doubt their every move, making them have disadvantage on all attacks against the caster. This lasts for 5 turns.
Shadow Missile
At level 1 you have 3 darts then from level 2 and beyond it expands by 1 dart per level.
This works like magic missile in the fact that its an instantaneous attack where you can shoot out three magical shadow darts from your palm. Each dart hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A dart deals 1d6 + 1 force damage to its target. The darts all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several. Below is a chart that better explains how many times a day you can cast this at the given spells level.

When it misses
They will feel a cold gust go past them and see the dart burst into nothing against the object it hits with a ghastly wail.
When it hits
It hits them with a ghastly wail
Without a resistance or immunity to psychic damage it will do full damage. It also effects them with the psychic damage that makes them extremely depressed which lasts 5 turns. Once hit with 4 darts they become so depressed that they for the rest of the turns will be trying to kill themselves.
If they have a Resistance to psychic damage then it will do half damage and it takes twice as many darts to make them become so depressed that they for the rest of the turns will be trying to kill themselves.
If they are Immune to psychic then it doesn't effect them with the psychic damage that makes them extremely depressed
Shadow Walking
You can turn yourself and your items attached to you into a shadowy form where you can then blink into other peoples shadows that are within 60 ft to hide yourself. While in this form you cant be attacked, unless its by magical means (Not magical weapons, or splash effects, only spells.) To be seen they have to roll a DC 15 Perception (or Passive Perception 15) they will see you in the shadow as it appears to be almost foggy or smoky floating just above their shadow, with what looks to be a silhouette cutout depicting a devilish smile and two deep red eyes within the dark smoky shadow floating above ground. You can use this 10 times per long rest the effect lasts for about a minute (10 turns).
On a save for perception they can now see you in their shadow. When seen you look like what looks to be a silhouette cutout depicting a devilish smile and two deep red eyes within a dark smoky shadow floating above ground.
On a fail for perception they can not see you in their shadow.
Every time you go into this form you have 3 chances to sneak attack an unsuspecting person whos shadow you are currently in. If they can see you you can not sneak attack them. Roll 10d6 for damage.
Since sneak attacking takes a whole action you have to wait until the turn after casting to try to sneak attack something. Sneak Attacking also takes you temporarily out of the form giving the enemy attack of opportunity chance as your slipping back into their shadow which uses your bonus action after the attack.
