Homebrew Blood Eater Species Details

Blood Eaters are a rear group of half-elves who live in small groups. Some of them totaly isolate from society and liv on hteir own. Some try to use their skills to help people, some to harm them. They find the idea of mating with a non Blood eater disgusting, but it does happen exremly rarly, these cases always result in excile, if they lived in a group.
