Homebrew Darastrixethe Species Details
Trapped in a chamber, a human is being experimented on by a mad Wizard. Writhing in pain as Draconic blood and magic is being pumped into their veins.
Born of experimentation, a curse, or a deal with some form of powerful Dragon entity. A Darastrixethe is another race that has been granted draconic powers, forever changing their form to take on aspects of whatever Draconic creature is being combined with them.
Draconic Aspects
Darastrixethe (Dragonblood) may grow scales or horns or even a tail or any number of draconic traits, of varying degrees in relation to whatever Dragon or Draconic entity has been transfused in with their body.

- If you don't keep any of those elements or you choose this lineage at character creation, you gain proficency in two skills of your choice.
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Frightening Presence
As a Bonus Action, you roar or curse at a target you can see within 15ft and attempt to frighten them. The creature must succeed on a WIS save against your save DC for this ability (Your save = 8+ your proficiency bonus + your CHA modifier)or become frightened of you for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Frightening Presence for the next 24 hours. You can use this ability once per long rest.

Breath Weapon
You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic Blood determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic blood. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
Damage Resistance
You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic blood.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and Draconic. Draconic is thought to be one of the oldest languages and is often used in the study of magic. The language sounds harsh to most other creatures and includes numerous hard consonants and sibilants.
