The small amphibious, creatures are ordinary frogs, possessing a developed sense of instinct and agility. They live in swamps, rivers, and wetlands, thriving in both water and land environments. While they cannot speak, they communicate through croaks, body language, and subtle vibrations in the water. Agile and adaptable, frogs rely on their strong legs for powerful leaps and their sticky pads for scaling surfaces with ease. Their natural swimming ability makes them swift and water, and though they cannot fly or borrow, their connection to nature gives them an almost primal understanding of the environments they inhabit.

Additionally, the slimy coating may aid in Thermoregulation and offer protection against certain parasites or pathogens that could otherwise it here to your skin.

You possess the remarkable ability to breathe both in air and underwater, seamlessly transitioning between the two environments. You have a long tongue that you can use to make unarmed strikes and grapple creatures and objects. Your tongue has 15 feet of reach and when you hit with it, it strike deals 1d6 + your Dexterity modifier bludgeoning damage. Additionally, you can attempt to grab an object with your tongue instead of making an attack role. And, as a bonus action, you can use your tongue to manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, or pick up or sit down a tiny object.
