Homebrew Chameleonborn Species Details

This breed is the product of a grotesque experiment by a magician who liked to fuse animal embryos, human sperm and magic.
In one of his experiments with chameleon eggs, he noticed that his magic had an effect on one of the eggs. With time a being was born that was similar to an egg inside, only that after a few seconds its scales turned and became a new born version of the magician. The magician was happy about the result and decided to investigate it, so he put him in front of different stimuli, which he quickly noticed that in front of new living beings for him, he became a version of the age he had at that moment of the living being .
The name that the magician granted was "Chameleonborn" for being a reptile like the dragonborn.
The chameleonborn was observed throughout the life of the magician, who died of old age after a few years. Then the chameleonborn escaped and soon passed unnoticed among all the races of the world.
There are rumors that he lived until he was 80 or 90 years old, and that he had at least 6 children in that life, they were the second generation of chameleonborn and all were children of different mothers, allowing genetic variability in the species and its different sub -races
The first son was the son of a human, the second son was of a tiefling, the third of a dwarf, the fourth of a beast of the forest, the fifth was the son of an elve and the sixth was the son of an adult dragon.
