Blue Kobolds are most often born in arid, sandy deserts ruled by a charismatic blue dragon. An electric charge surges through their veins as they comb the sands in search of food and treasure. Many Blue Kobolds have an innate charm and generally navigate social situations with ease.

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern any color in darkness, but due to your Electric alignment you see pure darkness as hews of blue.
