Homebrew Bloodline Werewolf Species Details

You were born into this world through careful decision or a uncalled for mistake. Your lycanthropy comes from your DNA and it is not a disease.

Bloodline Werewolf Traits

Shapechanger. The werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Keen Hearing and Smell. The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Shapechanger

Starting at level 3 once per day. The werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

At level 5 you can polymorph twice, and three times at level 7, and finally four times at level 10.

Keen Senses

The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell. And gain Darkvision out to 60ft.

Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing From Nonmagical Attacks Not Made With Silvered Weapons

Claw Attack

Claws (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: (2d6 + STR) slashing damage.

3d6 at level 5, 4d6 at level 10, 5d6 at level 15, and 6d6 at level 17.

Bite Attack

Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack (1d10 + STR) piercing damage.

2d10 at level 5, 3d10 at level 10, 4d10 at level 15, and 5d10 at level 17.

Multiattack

(Hybrid Form Only). The werewolf makes two attacks of any combination.

3 attacks at level 10, 4 attacks at level 17.

Ability score increase

Increase one ability score by +2 and another by +1.
