The total weight of the worn armour determines the category: 

• Light = 40ft movement, +2 to dex score
• Medium = 30ft movement, +1 to con score, +1 to dex score
• Heavy = 25ft movement, +2 to con score, gain passive heavy hitter (+1d6 to unarmed strike damage)

You can perceive your surroundings up to 60ft.

Basic healing like Healing Word doesn't work, however, you don't need to fulfil your basic needs for survival.

If hp falls to 0, you become a regular suit of armour. You can be revived with Mending in the next 24 hours.

Staying completely still makes you indistinguishable from a suit of armour.
